Our Compensation Plan
We operate on an annual calendar that begins on the day each agent joins our company. All new agents (those new to the business) begin with an 80/20 commission split and graduate to a 90/10 once they have sold 2.5 million dollars within a one year period.
Agents who transfer from another agency and can show previous successful sales of over 2.5 million and recent sales activity generally start at a 90/10 split.
Agents will receive 100% of the commission they generate once they have sold over 5 million in one year where they earned full commission. They will return to 90/10 at the end of their calendar year. (Ask to see the full agency agreement).
There are no desk fees, membership fees, annual dues, transaction fees.
Agents are required to pay for RealTracs membership monthly (aprox $39.00), E and O Insurance, and local Realtor Association (Williamson County Association of REALTORS) dues as well as signs, business cards, lock boxes and personal advertising.
